VAC stands for Valve Anti Cheat. comm ban =/= VAC ban

Cause if you don't want people cheating in games make sure they aren't welcomed in a place that they decided to harass for their own pleasure.

The fourth one has a partner (wife, girlfriend, boyfriend, husband.).

Then acts surprised when they get caught in 4k... then get divorced or in the afterlife with the reaper of the relationship department facepalming on how another idiot died by doing something stupid in a long line of the same people who also thought it was okay to do so.

I want to see a similar red letters denoting how many times a person got banned from the forums.

No, a cheater has nothing to do with the forums. Although you will have to consider that there is a higher chance of the account being compromised than the typical one.
