The first game I remember playing that got me emotional as a kid was Ninja Gaiden 2 (NES). Later was Metal Gear Solid 1 on the PS1.

Primal Carnage: Extinction.

I'm the Ninja Gaiden 2 master for original NES! I totally know what you mean. The music at the end of the game always hits hard. ALL the music in that game is epic.

More recently, the beginning of Terminator: Resistance Annihilation Line DLC. The beginning when Rivers is talking to his father, when he was a young boy.
