Hand drawn like Tom & Jerry or looney tunes. They had a lot of talent to draw each cell.

A typical Tom and Jerry cartoon from the 1940s took approximately two years to complete, from the initial idea to the final technicolor prints ready for distribution. This long production time was because the process was a complex, multi-stage assembly line with many different people working on various parts of the cartoon simultaneously, with multiple cartoons in different stages of production at any given time.
2d 90s anime
I really like 2D style personally

Tom and Jerry, 3 Stooges + sugary cereal how can you have a better saturday morning? WACKY RACES? MAYBE!?
2D are timeless.
I like a well made 2D or 3D cartoon if the characters, situations and dialogue are believable and interesting.

For 3D fans, go find a television series named Reboot.
Lots of computer puns and sometimes it gets really wonderfully dark...
