Well I doubt he even knows every single person who has asked for mercy so no.

Sidious proved that was Maul, lol.
He was a poser compared to Exar Kun.

He was partially right, cause nobody deserves mercy, whether they ask for it or not. :P

Strike First
Strike Hard
No Mercy
Oooh.. To the Sith, mercy is not a virtue. Their philosophy of darkness teaches that the weak must be purged so the strong may flourish. Those who are defeated have demonstrably failed the test of natural selection; they are flawed beings who pose a potential threat in the future, should they seek vengeance. The Dark Ones do not help those who are in need or the weak. If you cannot stand on your own or seize what is rightfully yours by force, then you must perish and clear the stage of life for those more deserving.

Fundamentally flawed quote because It assumes black and white with regard to the situation. This is simply not the case. There are plenty of people who don’t deserve mercy, and many more who do. An abused child begging their parent for mercy deserves mercy. They haven’t performed an action that justifies the punishment. That same parent deserves no mercy, as they have performed an action without justification.

If anything, the quote is little more than “The strong deserve to prey on those they deem weaker.”

Followers of the dark side simply throw their children out of the nest and are only kind to those who manage to fly. Those who smashed on the ground are defective and never existed.
Doesnt the selfishness extend to propogation of their bloodline? So mercy to younger children furthers the siths goal.

I'd like to see Darth Bane or the writer for him go through some of the things much of the world goes through and see his thoughts on that then.

I don't need to convince anybody of one thing or another on Mercy.
Mercy is for the weak. When man confronts you, he is enemy. Enemy deserve no mercy.

Weak is you. Jesus taught us to show mercy and to show compassion

Violence creates more violence. This is the lesson of Jesus. Show compassion. Jesus showed compassion and he has nowadays billions of followers. Just for showing the power of compassion

We do not train to be merciful here. Mercy is for the weak. Here, in the streets, in competition: A man confronts you, he is the enemy. An enemy deserves no mercy, what is the problem Mr. W?
