I was certain those were the names of the two rivers...
I'm glad they spent millions with millions in upkeep and destruction of the chinese landscape to build a bridge to make it slightly more convient for a smaller city. China didn't want a lesson in hubris they wanted the entire course.

Ah, it was the bridge being built over the Yellow River that collapsed last month.

Saw examples of similar events dating back at least five years.

We'll need to see how long this one lasts. Twenty to thirty years seem to be the extreme limit for their new construction.
