It's a gender identity, not an orientation.

Sexual orientation defines what gender or genders you're attracted to, if at all.

Unless you're attracted specifically to trans people, then that's probably a different thing.

Just a little note: Sexual orientation is what biological SEX you are attracted to. That is why it is called "sexual orientation" and not "gender orientation".

Trans is closer to being a fetish than anything else.

It's not a sexuality, it is gender identity, which is a different thing altogether. Sexuality is who you are attracted to, while gender identity is how you feel about yourself.

It's a garbage argument, trans people can have any attraction, some trans people are attracted to the same gender as them, and would be considered lesbians or gay, some are attracted to the opposite gender and consider themselves straight. Also some, get this, can be attracted to multiple genders and be bisexual or pansexual.

I'm pansexual, meaning gender isn't really a factor, I like attractive people regardless if they're male, female, or nonbinary.

I mean you're technically correct but not for the reason you think. Trans women are women and trans men are men because that's who they are in their brains, and no amount of bullying or talking can change that. But them attempting to resist their natural gender identity is indeed harmful and causes gender dysphoria, when people resist and attempt to fight their internal gender identity, it is called denial, and in some cases it certainly could be considered a mental disorder.
