Climb without toes leaving the floor. Use edges of doorways, staircase backwards crabwalk and so forth to get the motions down that didn't know could do. Add extra moments and find self doing it faster with less pressure.

TOday's Prep standard.
Breath in 8 second count during each second do one rep hold for 2 exhale for 4 seconds
Course can reorder the numbers to be in 2 seconds hold 8 and exhale 4 and so forth.
Now instead of super setting

attempt to rep faster/slow(if faster its 2 or 1 and half if slower its 1 for the entire breath in half the motion and other half the hold and exhale) in each second while still maintaining breathing condition. DO NOT GRIT TEETH. Not attempting to complete it is a superset soon as pressure/pain is felt. Done Attempt at some other point in day or another day or week for any type of improvement.

Checking the earth pounding fists and stomping feet shows that earth is not that hard.
As for supportive tamped down soils with stone underneath begin to heave during snows makes for adventure of two staves in hand to traverse without stumbling.

I don't understand what this means? How do you climb without your toes leaving the floor? What motions?

pommel horse is not required

attempt skydiving posture on a stool, build core up and ear popping will lessen

If do attempt to run up a tree play it safe and honor it with feathers and soil around its roots to gain support. Kicking one down lose another training partner and possible fee for all losses of seed and the generations after.

how old are you lol but I will say this is only good thing about Islam. forcing the worshippers to get on hands and knees to pray etc, keeps them moving. $1000 Muhammad or whoever invented this for this purpose. There's another multi-mile trek that islam or some other religion makes you do every year. All to keep you in shape lol.

Nah, Islam actually promotes obesity. The rules around Ramadan (the islamic "fasting" month) where it isn't actually a fast, you can eat at night, cause people to binge eat and so despite it being a "month long fast" 70% of muslims come out of it having gained weight.

Also Islam promoted a lot of unhealthy things. For example Muhammad claimed that fermented urine (human or camel ideally, but anything will do) is a panacea, and that is now a widely consumed drink in Islamic areas (normally camel urine mixed with camel milk). Also some of the hadiths describe Muhammad ordering his followers to drink his bath water, so he was well ahead of that trend.

Islam is kind of whacky, especially when you get into the hadith.

If its being able to swing just crashing a stick into another stick and learning how to use the rebound to work in your favor should be good enough strength training. If attempting to cause blisters however to excuse self from working out ever again, try dodging catching kickballs against a wall. Not as big as the world yet can work up to it.

Depends on what day it is? Is it the Grand SLAM competition today? That would just make me early.

Is a function for most clans in cast to be lower then the lord at all times, sweeping knees and rolls backwards sideways and forwards is a form of respect.

Try not starting from standing and just keep eyes on a point even when underneath self in mid direction change. It is the way look up to them not humble yourself.
