Why not pay $80 and have ads and macro transactions in game?
Free games always attract cheaters, hackers, scammers and general scumbags.

Terrible idea.

It ruins the experience of playing a game and being absorbed into it.

I want to watch ads?
I'll watch TV and youtube.
There are like 13,000 free games on Steam. Go to steam db and collect them all with the extension.

Uh, I like mobile games to STAY on mobile. Thanks. We don't need triple A/Indie games turning into the slop on the Play/Apple store.

"Hahahahaha no, you will pay 100 U$D for ♥♥♥♥♥♥ beyond broken barebones AI slop, you will pay for gamble boxes, you will pay for absurd MTX prices, you will pay for NFT's, you will pay for seasons passes and p2w crap, you will pay for a useless subscription, you will pay to have malware ridden adware, etc. " - The executive branch of AAAA publishers nowadays. :steamlaughcry:
