I identify as an 90s guy. How do I be more 90s?
How do I be more 90s other than listening to 90s music everyday?

I want an 90s hair. Is a mullet head good?

What kind of 90s clothes do I wear to look more 90s?

I'm going to come out of the closet and fully identify as an 90s guy.

Listen to Nirvana
Awful decade. Just don't wash your hair. Dress like a bum, and listen to music by a guy playing a three string guitar or Rap. Oh, and that "Friends" show.

You need blue jeans pants, but flares. Bonus points for a hole at the knee. As a top You need something which always shows Your style, like a colored batik button down shirt, but wear a brown cord jacket over it, with some fake pelt at the collar.

For shoes You want sneakers. Probably vans. You need round, orange sunglasses.

As haircut a mullet would do - but You need sideburns 100%. As alternative You´d have a haircut in which all hairs have the same length, and it would cover the forehead completely.

You would always need to stress that You´re different to the others and do Your own thing, and You´d need to visit certain art shows, even if You have no idea what´s going on and find the shown art mediocre at best. Which combined is also the reason You would smoke weed on a regular basis.

Memorize the lyrics to the entire Straight Outa Compton on cassette, and bonus points for doing the same with Eazy-E's Eazy Duz It album. The street side of the cassette, not the radio side.

While being white and nerdy. I did it. You can, too.

Apexnexius, you identify far left.

As for 90's:

For early 90s just dress like the late 80s.

Wear a Furbie instead of a Labubu
Mullets were more 80s.

90s were all about the textured flat tops.
Listen to Euro dance and get yourself one of those old brick mobile phones.
Now you are 90's.

As an 80s kid and 90s teenager, I offer the following:

1.) The mullet was largely an 80s thing. Either get you some Liberty Spikes or look up Kurt Cobain's coif.

Or, if you intend to protect your purity, a bowl cut--or the 90s Leo 'do.

2.) Depends. JNCOs were a favorite, as were FUBUs, but both will make you look like a trendy-ass poser.

Wanna be a goth kid? Get a Marilyn Manson shirt, black trench coat, black pants, and black nail polish.

Grunge? Jeans, a t-shirt, and a flannel; all should be ill-fitting, and if you think it's too hot for a flannel, you're already doing it wrong.
I wore lots of Starter apparel back in 90's ordered from Eastbay. My kicks still Air Pennys.
