Are these really reviews?

People leave some trash reviews always have and always will and i get it. but what gets me is someone with .01 playtime will leave a review that is negative because the game is "not for me" nothing is wrong with it, at least for the 10 seconds that said jerk "played the game" i get it that there is a review system in place put come on is that really a reason to give someone who made that game a thumbs down? you have 2 hours to play the game and see if it is a thing that you might enjoy or to see if the game functions how it should or if its a buggy mess. but if you buy a game thinking its a certain style or type and it turns out its now what you thought then why not just refund it and move on with your life instead of trashing a game that at least in your wisdom does not have anything wrong with it, but you thought it might be helpful to let someone who is thinking about buying a game see a red mark or a bad review based on you not researching or dare i say reading about something you feel like spending money on. If a game is a mess or has legit problems even a soul sucking TOS then by all means ♥♥♥♥ on it. but just because you and i mean YOU, don't like the game play or music or whatever the case might be act like a decent human and don't be a huge D-bag and abuse the review system, Not for you? not what you thought? refund and move on.

Sadly you have to get use to it.
Like there are helpful people there are those that just can't bother to be so.

It can get even worse, like you having a genuine situation so you speak with the community to check if it wasn't an isolated event with a possible solution and you will meet a very helpfull user that will just say you are crazy. To be fair in these rare situations until there are a few others reporting the same it all sounds crazy.

If I don't like a game at the trailer stage, I don't buy it.
If I play it and at a certain point I don't like the story, I delete it.
If I find bugs, I write to the developer, they respond and fix them.
