Russian Drones invade European Airports
As the title said.

Denmark have linked the "attack" by drones on several European capital airports to a Russian attack. Not only Copenhagen airport was targeted, but also Oslo airport.
Other countries that had similar experience is ie. Poland, Romania and Estonia.

Sweden have officially said, that they have entered "watch dog mode" as Europe unites against Russia and its disrespect of borders.
Furthermore US president Trump have said, that he would support the drones being shot down.

What do you think is happening?

Personally I think Russia is trying to gain intel before they attack one of the Baltic countries or if dumb enough EU/NATO.

Just shoot them down.
I think they're being trolled by Russia. It's in their airspace just shoot them down as the Polish dude said they would.

Even setting aside the question on wether those were actually Russian drones at all - again, who benefits from this? What is Russia going to gain from flying a couple of drones over Copenhagen or Oslo? - the question then becomes: how?

How did Russia sneak those drones past several NATO countries in a supposedly very high state of alert against Russia? How did Russia bypass every and all security measure put in place and do something like this?

At best those defences and security measures were planned and manned by completely incompetent people; at worst NATO is completely unprepared for any actual operation against Russia, even on a purely defensive ground.

The only sure thing is that the Danish Prime Minister has made a complete fool saying that this was “the most serious attack on Danish critical infrastructure to date”.
And that’s because of a couple of tiny, little insignificant events in Danish history.

Things like the Battle of Copenhagen in 1801, with the British sinking and stealing the entirety of their Navy.
Or the Schleswig-Holstein wars.
Or the actual invasion that Denmark was subjected to during WW2.

But no, the most serious attack Denmark was ever subjected to is a flyby of a couple of unidentified drones over their airport.

It is not that easy, because you don´t just massive shoot down drones without verification and will always try to gain intel before provoking further agression.

Euros false flagging themselves as hard as they can now.
Shoot them down. Either do it or risk yourself being invaded.
What would Russia gain heavy disrupted air traffic and monetary losses I mean if a drone appears above an airport ALL traffic has to be shut down till it's resolved which cost millions. Also keep in mind these are probably relatively small drones so easily to transpont by car.

Cui bono does apply, but it doesn't actually benefit Russia to cause such obvious disturbances, it does serve the aims of the EU types who want to justify more war funding.

yup 1 million $ AIM-120 AMRAAM against 10000$ genran 😎
Tell you what. I'll call the Kremlin and talk about it with the Russian defense minister. I am sure we will get this situation cleared up in no time.

Europe and Russia mean well, I think.

Why would they do that? That would make no sense in this situation
There were birds of prey being trained to take out drones i'll guess the drones got bigger since then.

A problem with shooting down drones is what is on the drone?
Where will it land?
What weapons will be used?

And the most immediate question now is, will all airports start having surface to air or drone to drone warfare capability?
Another possiblity to take off or land a drone is a commercial vessel off the coast of said country

NATO could also just say, that drones in NATO airports are an act of war and will result in direct attacks.
But nobody wants to die over intel.
Quad 40mm Bofors will always been coolest. C-WIS is lame.

It makes for up for the Swedes completely humiliating the US Navy in wargames.

And the USS Monitor was designed by a Swedish guy, so we can't begrudge them.
