Pokrovsk , encirclement, Should Europe Enter?
Pokrovsk, one of the key defence positions in Ukraine.
This is not 'yet another abandoned village' This is a significant place.

There are a few other 'Fortress' defence places that if they fall too It would be likely change borders.

Pokrovsk is being encircled and resupply is getting difficult.
Russia will not directly assault Pokrovsk because it would cost too much manpower - at the moment.

If Europe is serious about defending itself (in my opinion) it better decide what to do fast.
Either start sending a lot of drones with a lot of C4 at the least - old request from a Drone Operator.
OR Get sending in troops and armour and prevent another Mariupol.

Alternatively just wash hands off the whole thing and focus on preparing for war across all of Europe - or prepare to take a major passive stance and 'hope' China and Russia will be merciful as they take over in the coming decades.

What do you think Europe should do?

Can Ukraine even produce their own ammunition? If not they need to give up. Every fight has a loser. They went 18 rounds with post prime Ali. Hold you head up high little guy.
Europe should stay out of Ukraine. The war is only happening because of our meddling and meddling any further will just make the situation worse. We agreed with the Russians to keep Ukraine politically neutral and then violated that agreement when we overthrew their government and tried to get them to join NATO. Nowadays Europe is a collection of meaningless third world nations huffing the fading scents of times long passed when they actually mattered that need America to fight their battles, but a fight between Russia and America is only going to end in nuclear fire and that's not desirable.

If we were going to fight Russia we should have done it back in the late 40's or early 50's, when they didn't have nukes of their own. For example Warplan Totality. We missed that opportunity because of our weakness and now have to deal with the monster we allowed to exist.

Estimated at 25% produced within Ukraine.

By your logic the Nazis / Axis should have won WW2.

And all international arms trading should cease. - on this sentence, might not be such a bad idea. (would mean China, Iran and other countries assisting Russia would stop producing for them too).

Right, I'm sure the American taxpayer would have benefitted from a Europe dominated either by Nazi Germany or the Soviet Union.

Seems this isolationist myth that all foreign investment equals capital flight reemerges every century, till world events disabuse us of that absurd notion.

USSR did rise and dominate while Europe fell. It's obvious you don't even know what Lend Lease was.

Don't know what it was? I could give you a class on the topic.

As for the USSR, how exactly did it dominate? The entire Cold War is a story of it falling further and further behind the West economically, culturally and militarily. Britain is the country that benefitted most from lend-lease. If the USSR had won the war alone, and thus did not have to split continental Europe with the Western Allies, that story might have played out very differently.

The payments were made in full.

I mean they did on pretty much every level you can think of. I mean hell people voted for FDR because he promised to be an isolationist, and there were even several laws passed to enforce an isolationist policy (called the neutrality acts). The dems flipped on this in 1939 without any public support and then FDR gradually just started provoking Germany and Japan hoping they'd strike first which is what ended up happening.

And then the outcome of the war was communism spreading throughout the world and destroying America (and the rest of the "free" world) from within because Truman didn't have the spine to deal with the communists when we had the chance.

Garbage post my friend. Chatbots are all programmed by hard leftists so they all support the war even if you gave them instructions not to because of the way they work. Unless you're suggesting Russia has their own chatbots which I don't think they do (and the Chinese chatbots are about as anti Russian as the American ones, no one likes Russia, they're stinky).
