AI Ending Corporate Jobs - Are you at risk?
Amazon just announced 14,000 corporate jobs to be cut as they focus on AI.

News reports, citing company insiders, previously suggested layoffs could affect as many as 30,000 corporate jobs across human resources, cloud computing and many other divisions.

Target cut 1,800 corporate jobs and Starbucks cut another 2,000.

Did you lose your job or might you lose your job due to AI?

I've been waiting over a month for an embossed label maker to ship to me. Is the Al going to deliver my label maker?

Yes.
It won't need AI .
There are many existing programs that can deliver a payload without the new fangled term AI.

Look at missiles, put similar guidance on a drone and you got your label maker.
-You can even have it ordered via machine ie website which is the normality for past 20 years.
--The Robots can pick it as is normal for many many years.
The Robots can give it to the drone to deliver to you.

All without AI.

Maybe. They've already got self-driving cars and drones, along with little robot delivery dudes.

They're clearly using AI to handle order processing already

That's just idiots pushing narratives. Ever heard of mirroring? An AI adapts to it's user. It won't go and hold uni lectures for 5 year olds, right. The reverse also holds. A highly competent operator gets his competence mirrored back at him/her. So an AI with a highly competent operator will always outperform just an AI. No job loss there, just a new skill to learn. But then again, we're dealing with idiots who like to spin idiot narratives for other idiots to digest.

I know it sounds bad, BUT a whole bunch of these jobs are occupied by woke activists, especially upper management who are usually super Leftist woke activists hired by other woke activists, and firing woke activists is a noble thing that helps humanity as a whole.

I hope Disney and Microsoft can do this in the future as well, they are absolutely plagued by woke parasites like ticks on a dog, and their products suffer for it as the vast majority of customers are not woke nor appreciate The Messages being shoved down their throats.

People are required to be woke by law. It's a federal crime to be be racist and/or sexist when making hiring decisions.
