Why do the people buy 202X something Sport Games?
It's like buying the same thing full price unless on discount, every year with little unnoticed changes

Probably cause they like real sports as well and the latest sports game has the latest most accurate rosters.

I don’t play sports games though so I’m just guessing.

All the games are different as they play different teams. Only europe football play the same team over and over again in their season. I sub to nfl sunday ticket with nfl redzone. It's only 208 dollars per season which is very cheap.

I used to like the olympics video games they made, until they stopped making good ones.
