Does Skylanders need a comeback?
I'd say it should because Toys to Life has been only for Amiibos, and the franchise could make a nostalgic comeback and reinvent the genre.
However, the franchise wasn't doing great back from 2016-2022 due to how terrible the games and Netflix series was at the time.
Originally, A Skylanders 7 was planned for 2017, but was cancelled due to Imaginators' failure and instead we got Ring of Heroes and Crash N'Sane Trilogy.

I've heard YouTooz has made some Skylanders figurines this year so maybe its time to bring the games back.
So, what do you think? Is the franchise a thing of the past or is a revival needed?
Let me know in the comments.

This was the video game franchise I grew up with from 2011-2015, FYI.

No. It's a horrible monetization model and should never be repeated.
never got into it, but i know it has some connection (or crossover or something?) with spyro the dragon
I liked Skylanders, but I do not think it is time for a comeback; I say that because the economy is so bad, I doubt many people could afford the figurines for the portal and game.

Actually its a spin-off of Spyro.
The franchise had collaborations with Bowser, Donkey Kong and Crash Bandicoot.
