How is the RNG in that? Is it similar to Blood Bowl?

I didn't like blood bowl because everything required a dice roll and the RNG was brutally punishing. However a truly physics-based athletic game with blood and gore still sounds fun.

I don't know, I only recently found out the Mutant League was still was thing. I had the Sega Genesis games (Football and Hockey).

There was a zombie physics bowling game back around the 2010's, but I do not remember the name of it. It was a desktop game. Ah', found it: https://store.steampowered.com/app/32160/Zombie_BowloRama/ Was it this?
