Long vehicle Travelling by highway and rail road, anyone do this?
My mother used to wont me to travel with her by car to go to my hometown of St.Catharines which was 347.16 mi (558.71 km)away, a good 6 to 8 hour drive, Traffic was terrible in Toronto, even with there wide highways

My grandmother and a couple of Aunts and Uncles and brother lived in St.Catharines back in 2006 when my mother was alive, my older brother still lives in St.Catharines , it's near Toronto

It takes 6 hours to travel to St.Catharines by train from Ottawa and I last did it in 2007, the last time I travelled

Do you travel across provinces and states to see others or famous places?

Yes, I have traveled to the Lower 48 states of the USA. And several Canadian provinces.
Very much enjoy museums and national parks.

Edit: Almost exclusively by car. I hate flying, have only done it a few times.
