How is it possible that Your thread got deleted, but You´re not banned - permanently?

Not that i think that the steam moderation is very good to begin with, but that is something i can´t understand. Like i don´t understand why they have any forum rules any more, or any kind of moderation. I learned something new i guess...

Like - there was everything in it. Racism, insults, death threats, You name it. Others get banned for posting a funny music video - for 30 days...
