I feel like Amazon has been declining for a while now.
There's an empty Amazon warehouse "for lease" near me that has been empty for years. Not sure if they built it and canceled the plan or what but it is just empty. Then again, there are a lot of empty "For Lease" buildings because all big corpos are hurting/failing right now.
This is excellent news for profit margins!

Nice bonus for the ceo
600k less min wage jobs

9.6 million dollars saved per hour assuming $16 per hour wage with no peebreaks.

Unfortunately Amazon is really strong with their cloud services. They really did a number on the businesses around the world when the server went down few days back. I deal with security systems and it really made an impact on our operations. Amazon isn’t going anywhere soon. They may have been outclassed by competitors as far as goods delivery goes - but their cloud storage services are still massive. They keep building new data centers all over the world as well

lex luthor in real life

i will never forget when william shatner went to space, and after he returned back to earth jeff bezos was interviewing him. shatner was basically on the verge of tears explaining the experience because of how much it touched him, and how amazing it was. and bezos loudly interrupted him and sprayed champagne everywhere, not listening to a word he said.

shatner is also a recovered alcoholic, just to add more salt in that wound.

Of course they aren't going anywhere soon.
But their storefront is undeniably declining, which surely is the reason for a large portion of those 600k jobs being cut. While AWS hosts an unsettling amount of the internet, I think that shutdown reduced confidence in them if only but a TINY bit.
I sure want more competitors to AWS.

One thing to keep in mind: Companies don't live forever. There will be a time where Amazon goes out of business. It might be in 20 years, it might be in 40 years, it might be in 100 years. Sooner or later the company will be succeeded by another that does things better (and are perhaps even more morally-bankrupt)
Roflmao, did the two people in that video seriously downplay the fact a democrat senator had a Nazi totenkopf tattoo? I guess since he's on "their team" act like it's nothing and complain about something else.

No wonder their pundits are defending him. He sounds like the model democrat. A neo-nazi mass murderer.
nothing but develop interesants east
At least we are getting higher quality cheaper beef from Argentina now
Good,

Maybe I can get my unnecessary stuff faster now,
I bought a $700 Amazon telescope for $51 at a Amazon returns online auction. 8" Dobsonian, was missing the other box with the base.
Bought the base on Ebay for a few dollars. No idea how Amazon makes money.
