3-7.6+7=46
2-6.4+3=25
5-9.7+4= ?

sadly i cannot crack your puzzle, what kind of math would i need to learn to try?

AI says its 38 is that right? il try to learn from AI if it is

62 unless I'm delusional with the pattern

8x5 = 40 -> 40 - 4 -> 36 -> 36 + 2 -> 38 and so on for the rest

Not the right result, btw you need to find the hidden pattern in each math line, they all have the same patte, once you find it, you can easily get the missing number ;)
