A long time ago, I made a fermented milk product in a pressure cooker using milk and a Fermentation Starter. Temperature: 40C for 6-8 hours.
It turns out a smooth, delicious substance, much better than yogurt.

The secret is in the Fermentation Starter; you need to experiment with the amount and different types of Fermentation Starter.
