Eritrean refugee in Sweden convicted of raping a 16 year old spared deportation because...
The reason for the deportation being rejected is because the rape didn't "last long enough to be a serious crime"

Sweden, what the ♥♥♥♥?

is this sourced?
Both the Bourgeois and Socialist bloc gutting our welfare over the past few decades hasn't helped our situation.

As long as hierarchical thinking is allowed to persist, rape will never stop.

We must destroy every hierarchy, end all nations, destroy all faiths, etc.

You can't destroy truth, so swing the hammer at everything. If it breaks, it is proof it was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. If the hammer bounces off it, that's a sign it might be true.

Not a unique experience for the last few decades in Europe. I remember seeing "rape proof" jeans being made for such incidents for Germany. I wonder how many were actually sold. Another product designed to deter rapist was hose that made you legs look really hairy. How many generations will it be before they start selling flamethrowers on cars like the videos you see on YouTube for South Africa.

This isn´t the actual cause for it though. It´s because human rights say that they can only lose their status in serious cases. While this wasn´t seen as serious case "due to the nature and the duration", while i´m unable to find anything about the nature and duration - at least not in a language i understand. But some people mentioned that these messages are spread by right wing media. Like those which focus only on the age, while there is a 2 year age difference between the tow - and the "didn´t last long enough" thing to cause outrage - while also not saying that the guy will get a three year prison sentence in Sweden. Basically like OP, before giving some further links.

One can assume there´s a bit more to it.

Yes - even more so considering that 80% of the reported cases happen within the social circle of the people, oftentimes the own family. Which suggests that the percentage is higher.

But for some odd reason there are no laws to protect the women preemptively from their husbands, fathers, grandfathers, or uncles. Instead it´s about the 20% (most likely less) of the cases which happen with strangers - some of which are immigrants.

I like how people are acting like the person got away with it. That person got sentenced. The outrage is unwarranted.

Maybe your countries should do their jobs and prevent their citizens from being raped to death every other day.

How many people are getting raped each day by their own perfectly white and citizen family members. Why not post all those cases each day.
But nope, have to select every single crime they can find done by immigrants so nazis could take over Europe too same way as they did US.
Kinda... in the US they commit crimes at lower rates than natural-born citizens. For instance they have lower homicide rates, among other stats.

Nobody'd feel the need to do this if mainstream media outlets didn't refuse to report on it so much. Refusing to report on a serious crime that actually happened out of fear of "offending people" or "drumming up support for nazis" is still completely evil.

If giving a rapist who sexually abused a 16 year old a slap on the wrist, not even a deportation, drums up support for nazis, then maybe don't give them just a slap on the wrist for likely traumatising a woman for the rest of her life, perhaps?

We all know why things like this are posted on social media. It`s nothing to do about concern for the victim, those people could not care less about that. Their only purpose is to flame hatred towards all immigrants, no matter if they commit any crimes or not.

What about the Epstein list?

Trump said it's a Democrat hoax and told people that they are not welcome in the MAGA movement if they want it released. 🥰

If you think that people are ever gone see real Epstein list where 90% of text is not covered by black boxes then think again.

I'm not an encyclopedia who knows about all of those events you just mentioned, and I don't see the purpose of your whataboutism bomb you just laid down, what I do know is, "the sexual assault of the 16 year old girl didn't last long enough to be considered serious enough for a deportation" is nonsense.

It´s when it isn´t told what the 18 year old rapist did with the 16 year old victim. Does anybody know what "nature and duration" of the thing was?

Like someone wrote about the German pants. The woman says she was also victim to a rape, which made her think to do these pants. But the rape looked like three guys stopped her, and pulled down her pants. Then someone else came with a dog, and the three guys ran away. I mean if that qualifies for rape - i´m not so sure what "nature and duration" of the crime was in that case in Sweden. The imagination might be different from what really happened. And if something like the example was the crime - i guess a three years sentence sounds okay. Like it would not be a mild sentence for it. Some people might do similar stuff as prank with friends - but probably not often, because it´s rarely received very well. Independent of the gender or sex.
