Some games will have a 'recent reviews' section and then a second line below listing all time/overall reviews. What are the qualifications for when this happens? Is it a certain number or certain percent?

A game that I played recently turned on their playerbase so all the reviews this month are negative but the game is still listed as 'Very Positive' due to it's older ratings. Is there any chance this will change?
