Self-defense.
Technically it is...It is just justifiable murder by societal standards...
Murder is killing someone with intent and with no just cause for self-preservation or diminished grounds of responsibility.
Murder is a legal term. It doesn't apply to killing someone in self-defense if it's not ruled as murder.
It had a crooked barrel so I thought I would never ever hit it from that far, but i hit the neck and it head came off. then the cat instantly ran to it and took it in the bushes to eat it.
I fell real bad about myself for killing that poor little bird.
the cat seemed really happy about it thougfh.
