I visit mine once every month and kinda just blather on not caring what they write. They could end up using what I say against me in court and it wouldn't make any difference because it's not like anything they do helps me anyways. I go there to vent and to talk about how I feel so it angers me when my therapist doesn't listen to me and brushes off what is going on and doesn't give me resources to help me. I'd be likely secretly terrified that someone that hates me might try to influence people in the psych community against me or try to get after my personal records. It's not like people are kind or care. Two people that hate me like to pretend they do, though. It helps them to get the ladies.
