well in this case it's because there's a housing crisis, people taking advantage of asylum systems, criminal gangs taking advantage of asylum systems, people committing crimes, and people who then decide someone else's crimes justify their crimes of directionless property damage and assault, which are acts famous throughout history for achieving immediate change

i would like to counsel the rioters that as recent events have shown, the ideal place for a riot is the seat of government of your country, and you will even get pardoned if the aftermath goes poorly for you
