Since we are talking about lard; I like to cook my eggs with bacon lard.
otherwise it doesn't provide a whole lot of nutrition besides calories and fats that are mostly good for caloric processing. easy to eat wrong if this is a major component of your diet, causing you to eat more of unrelated foods to try and extract the nutrients you need.
however, the skinniest populations most prone to heart disease do eat a lot of lard and veggies. one aspect of anti-vegan propaganda was claiming beans were nutritionally similar and posed similar problems owing to their fat compositions. then rice. then bread. then einkorn, ferro, and pretty much all types of grains.
truly, the only way to be skinny is to starve yourself with constant caloric deprivation. don't worry though; this isn't accessible to just anyone. the vast majority of people become fat due to starvation, nutritional deficiencies caused by starvation, and bloating from under eating causing increased volumetric load and thus greater muscle mass and size. as such, only a handful of likely phage-infected individuals will ever be 'skinny' for any length of time.
A little in the bread dough or masa won't hurt. Don't add it to your tea like a weirdo.
