I'll never forget how they didn't want to promote violence in a game about war, so they had the characters say "We are not killing these soldiers! We are knocking them unconscious!".

I also loved how the bad guy was "disguised" as an ally while clearly looking, acting, and sounding like a bad guy, and then *SURPRISED* "I WAS THE BAD GUY ALL ALONG!!"
