My analysis on English
So guys, I have watched all the Johnny English movies and I must say that while he is supposed to be a spoof parody of James Bond who is made for us to laugh on, I noticed a couple of things while watching the movies:

1) When he is upset, sad, he becomes serious and that's when he's actually a really good secret agent. I noticed this in the first film, when he gets sent home on leave and removed from his position by Pegasus, we see him at home and he's not the same Johnny English, he's very different and serious, just like a secret agent should be and he blocks all the attacks from that lady friend of his at his apartment, meaning he is trained in martial arts.

2) When he is serious and acting like a secret agent, that's when he becomes a joker/clown who makes mistakes and does foolish things.

My final thought is I think he is actually a really good secret agent ONLY when he's not taking his job seriously and/or is mentally upset. It's kinda weird because we see 2 sides of him, 1 side is the joker / clown side and the other side is like his serious side where he's actually an amazing secret agent. We only see his serious side when he fails on his missions and gets sent home or his boss is upset at him and they remove him from the job.

Basically what I am saying is that he is a very good secret agent when he's mentally upset / depressed / not taking his job seriously, which is kinda weird.
