The people of Russia's regions are being forced to live like this due to Western sanctions.
Similar to how Putin was forced to invade Ukraine and kill thousands of innocent civilians because his pride and ego were feeling neglected. Human life, aside from his own, has no value to Putin. People are irrelevant, expendable pawns in his game of chess. People exist only to serve his needs. Such is the life of a conscienceless, corrupt dictator. Why do people continue to allow this to happen? Putin, former KGB agent. Could you not see the writing on the wall? Russian people, have you learned nothing from the past? Or were portions of your past intentionally altered or removed from your history books?
