If you value your friendship then forget it.
Gotta say it doesn't sound like you need to try and get the girl. It sounds like your "Best" friend really needs to find a new besty

Right... because girls have no feelings, emotions or preferences, they're just there to be divvied up by the boys. :rfacepalm:

Well as I see it that is how the 'gentleman' should/would/could do it. Or whatever :

If a friend comes to you and tells you he likes a girl, then you ain't going for said girl, even if you grew to like her too after that, unless you are a worthless piece of trash. He confessed it to you first, So you cannot just say later, but now I want her too. That's just kinda retarded and overall ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

If you and your friend say it almost at the same time tho then its up to the 2 gentleman to decide if they want to gentleman like compete for her love and still stay friends, or just forget about her at all and order a pizza.

But that is just my Opinion. So nothing of this goes for anyone but me. :conwayshrug:

That said I am pretty hungry now. :nonplussed_creep:

Grow up.

What are the young lady's feelings on the matter?

Of you and your friend, do either have a lopngstanding, deep-rooted connection, are there children invovled? On what is the consideration of any longstanding relationship based?

If this is just for casual sex or a schoolchild crush then it hardly matters and if you're truly friends either you ought get over any differences or alternatively, why not jsut share?

Your name is uniquely appropriate in this situation. :steammocking:

I assume "aftering" means they aren't in any kind of relationship yet. In which case, don't listen to people trying to shame you over perfectly normal human emotions, though the choice is hers in the end. If the feeling is mutual and you decide to pursue a relationship, I see no reason why your friend would be entitled to her.

This guy has the right idea.

Depends on who is worth more. Is this guy a good friend? Is he the kind who would be your wingman evne when he liked the same chick? Are you? Can you sit down and have a discussion about who is best for her and come to a mutual agreement? You both DO want what is best for her, right?

What about her? Does she mean enough to either of you to actually ****ing consider that?

I suggest you answer these questions, because we can't answer them for you here. The only thing I can tell you is that if you really think she's better off with you, if your friend is not the right guy, then fight. Don't be a coward. That serves nobody.
