Gears of War 4 freezing issue.

Im coming on here for this issue because Microsoft community sucks and their staff never generaly helps.

Anyways, I can play verus, horde, without any problems at all.

Im trying to playing the campaign and once I do I get to act 1 chapter the raid and once I get behind the crane and finish that cutscene I can hear the game, but the screen is frozen with a black screen or the loading screen.

I have tried.

Reinstalling windows.
Reinstalling drivers (DDU)
Windows update.
Reinstalling the game 3 times

Maybe my save is corrupt?

Windows 10

Rx 570 8gb nitro+
Ryzen 5 1500x
Msi b450 Mbu
Photon 750 watt
DDR4 3200mhz 16gb
1tb hdd

Everything I have is stock and not over clocked.

not really true.

the game is highly rated across different review sites.

OP's pc specs is modern aside from the psu photon which i do not know.

i have a similar problem in chapter 1 the "raid" mission with those robot soldiers, after you reach that security door and the man tells the girl not to follow the other 2 because its dangerous and she goes in the door anyway, when the door closes it never continues, it just freezes there

edit: ok so the solution was to deactivate cheats for that part (it was the speed in particular)
