Steam feels laggy and not smooth after updating it
I feel like Steam has become laggy and lost somehow its smoothness after latest update, I see scrolling way too laggy after the update when scrolling through comments and store pages or searching games, anyone else have the issue?

turn off smooth scrolling and gpu acceleration

just did it, it feels better with only accelartaion off, but smooth scrolling off makes it worse.
