Cannot Minimize Application
Specifically, i cannot use the Win Key to access the task bar. I tried searching on Google and get a whole number of different ways that I am suppose to be able to use on Windows 10 to access the Task Bar, but for some reason it does not want to work after the latest application update.

App - Cyberpunk 2077

Can anyone think of a reason why it decides to not work anymore? I tried fiddling with different display settings in-game to no avail. (Windowed, Windowed Borderless, Fullscreen) Switching between them does nothing. WIndowed does't even display the app as an actual Window. It's driving me nuts! :D

Thank You

Some games will disable the WINKEY to avoid unexpected interuptions in gameplay experience. Simply load something else before a game, such as Task Manager and leave it open. After game loads up into main menu or game world, use ALT+TAB to switch to Task Manager (or other open window) once done, now you can use WINKEY

Many DX12 games do this so the game can run as exclusive full screen mode.

Rockstar Games for example, via the Launcher settings, disables WINKEY by default now. As this caused a bug regarding input delays.

I bet that the App is locking it out, as you explained. Like i stated in OP, i've tried everything that Windows 10 is suppose to allow. Ah well. It seems Windows Edge "hibernates" its own application so i should be okay in just leaving it open and Alt-Tabbing to it. That navigation does not let me see the Task Bar though. :(
crtl alt del - then task manager. then alt tab. its extreme but might come handy

Thanks guys. All of you helped and it is much appreciated.

I ended up accidentally hitting the Control-Escape keys while moving my keyboard and the stinking Start Menu popped up, enabling me to use the Task Bar. XD

I had Windows Edge running and was just alt-tabbing my way between apps before that.
