I encounter a bug fairly regularly using steam deck when docked with an external mouse.

The mouse functions as normal on the desktop but when opening applications or any windows the normal left click function does not work and the mouse will only grab the window to move it around with no ability to select anything on or in the window. It can be quite frustrating and is usually rectified by restarting or switching between game mode and desktop mode, however often it is stubborn and the issue will remain for several restarts.

Does anyone have a fix for this issue, is it a steam OS issue or a wider problem with Linux?
