I charge my AAA accumulators in this charger, the indicator first indicates the battery type, and then the charging indication begins. Does the number of light bulbs that are lit increase and then they light up all the time, is that how it should be? Shouldn't they be fully lit when the batteries are fully charged? I take out the accumulators, but they are not fully charged, insert them back into the charger and again the indicator quickly shows all the lights, So even if all the lights are on, is charging still going on and just leave it for an hour? The batteries I use are Xiaomi z17
