Motherboard software
I've got a MPG B550 Gaming plus (MS-7556).

It wasn't doing great heatwise, so I installed a liquid cooling unit, one with 2 fans, a radiator which links to the processor.

Now, GPU temps are fantastic, however the fans are noisy AF. Since it plugs into the motherboard, shouldn't I be able to control this somewhat?

Oddly, I can't actually find any software which gives me details of the processor temp and fan speeds of things plugged into the motherboard.

I've got AMD adrenalin, but that seems to only be for the GPU, not processor or motherboard.

Any ideas?

Did you plug the AIO (liquid unit) fans into the CPU header? If so you can set the fan curve in BIOS.

For your temperature monitoring needs.

boot to bios and use that to config the fans speeds

if the fan is 3 pin on the mobo header, its dc voltage control, not pwm
you can set each header and its fan profile

4pin to the mobo header is pwm

if you set a 3 pin fan to pwm, it will be at 100% since its getting 12v and does not support the pwm signal to control its speed

Thanks both, I had no idea you did this in the bios now (it's been a decade or 2 since I messed with stuff like this).

Appreciate the help, this has made a huge difference.
