So there's no serial number or anything anywhere on the TV, someone peeled all the stickers off? And somehow erased any identifying information in the TV menus?

Also, what inputs does it have? Because you're asking people to guess based on very limited information.

Methinks you could find out every detail and a link to the manufacturers support page to remove all uncertainty. But I suppose it just depends whether you prefer guesses or accurate information.

What sort of sockets does it have? SCART, HDMI, composite (3 plugs)... something else

If it's an old enough tv, you shouldn't need an adapter?

Does the TV have AV composite cable inputs?

you can use the composite (yellow) with audio (red+white)
