Unlocked CPU
So my CPU is K series. but my motherboard is B series

i cant overclock or i can brute force it ? is there any risk ?

so what is the point of K then ? is Turbo frequency is higher ? is there any benefit on b chipset motherboard ?

sort of
you can disable turbo and set the cpu multi to the max turbo

but really, overclocking on modern cpus is kinda pointless since they will boost to what they can do then throttle to temps or the mobos power limits

what b board exactly?
if it has a weak vrm config it wont be able to give the cpu the power it needs to hold max turbo clocks
What you should be able to do is make it so all the cores run at your top turbo speed instead of just a few but it really depends on what type of intel bridge/lake you got.

Later models require more tweaking than your motherboard may allow. You can also always do the bus speed overclock but that can cause a lot of instability issues throughout the whole system not worth it for the performance gain.

cpus max turbo is 150w

board does have 6+1+1 with heatsinks on all the mosfets
they are smallish heatsinks, but any heatsink is better than none
it should be able to give the cpu 150w max

you can try, but if its throttling at load, then lower the max turbo til it no longer throttles
often when it starts throttling, it will throttle lower than if left at stock

Yeah its unfortunate you can't undervolt.

i didnt say anything about voltage

the b board should be able to adjust core voltage
if you can lower it and the cpu stays stable, it will lower its max wattage, and would help keep the vrms and cpu temps cooler

on board you cant monitor the vrm temps, the only way to know they are overheating is if the cpu is throttling at load while <90c

Oh you can? Thought they locked t hat if he can undervolt that's awesome. I got 13900hx laptop I got it undervolted as much as possible haha.

dont know how Intel mobos are nowadays but back when I was still a intel fan I always had their Z series motherboards because you could oc the cpu and if i remember correctly also overclock RAM

I had MSI Z97 Gaming and had both i7 4790K and DDR3 overclocked
