I've been trying out Bazzite[bazzite.gg]. Gaming focused, has Steam preinstalled, it already has the proprietary Nvidia drivers if that's your thing, and it's probably the most idiot-proof Linux distro I've ever played around with. I'm kind of loving it. It's been rock solid.

I look into this one thank you
So Linux is going to magically make terrible specs run things better? But yea Win10 will still be fine for a while, it's not going anywhere. Might be a good idea to get another drive for Linux.

i just dual boot my laptop with win11 and ubuntu 20.04

im thinking of dual booting my desktop with win11 and mx linux
Mx is quite stable debian, endeavour is pretty good for an arch based
fedoraeverything42.iso

nothing else needed. stick with the main distros. dont use ameatur distros.

or anything you see on the flatpak setup page. you can get steam going in like 3 clicks if its on the list

but really why. you can try all the flavours from the safety of fedora camp including cosmic. just use fedora media writer like windows media writer. fedora is the windows of linux so easy. and most populated repos.
