Exactly what parts do you already have? The R5 5600x is a pretty decent CPU for the price.
I am not a big fan of Gigabyte boards, but I guess they are OK.
The board listed above has 2 x m.2 and 4 x RAM slots. Pretty decent too.
If you don't have the CPU in hand, I would try and get a am5 CPU with according board and DDR5 RAM. am4 processors and DDR4 are pretty much at the end of their lifespan. Not to say you can't, just be aware.
