Asus rtx 3060 dual oc 12 gb

Hi! In the Asus RTX 3060 dual OC 12 gb graphics card, the gaming frequency without manual overclocking ranges from 1912-1905 MHz Why so? Is this normal for this model? And tell me someone please, Does using the Gpu tweak 3 program somehow affect the performance of Nvidia PhysX? Does Tweak 3 GPU configs make changes to the Nvidia PhysX directory? Just yesterday I decided to try what this program is and decided to remove GPU tweak 3 by deleting all registry entries, as well as reinstalling the drivers using DDU. But DDU deleted only what was specified by default, without PhysX.

it can instantly change clock speeds and core/ram multis

the gpu could be changing from boost to idle and the software could be averaging out the speeds

but they can fluctuate a few, or maybe throttle a bit if its warm

Thank you, but what about changing the curve, voltage frequency tuner in GPU tweak 3? Is the data saved in the system if you have made changes to the curve?
