GPU Upgrade question

I'm considering buying this card(GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 5060 Ti Gaming OC 16G Graphics Card, 16GB 128-bit GDDR7, PCIe 5.0, WINDFORCE Cooling System, GV-N506TGAMING OC-16GD Video Card https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F5BD1X83/?coliid=I2V7MEUN99YQKJ&colid=2LCEWMVHVJCO6&psc=1&ref_=cm_sw_r_apin_lstpd_GB471A7C7HTVJBRRXHS1&language=en-US) to replace my RTX 4060 Ti 8 GB. Is this worth my money at least for the upgraded vram?

its faster,
but if you play older games that use physx, it will be much slower, since the rtx 5xxx cards do not support hardware physx, and it will need to be done on cpu
mainly effects borderlands 2 and a few other games
