hello i got my self new headphones but am so so confused how to use and i tried wacthing so many videos nothing helped

my question !
1-should i disable spatial audio when i use 7.1?
2-does my headphones even support 7.1?
3-does using spatial audio and 7.1 breaks my audio ? ( i tried that and game so so so quit !
4-what option should i use when i use spatial audio for games option sounds?
5-what's good tuning setting for Nova 5 Spatial Audio?
