Rough time estimatw for a return?
Ive had to return a steam deck due to it being faulty, whats a rough estimate on how long itl take to get back to them and a replacement be sent?

To get it back in your hands again? Probably about 1 month

Because it will take 7-14 days to process and reach them. Then they have to see if it's going to be able to be repaired or replaced then ship that to you. If they simply replace your Deck then the turn around time might be a bit quicker overall

As far as im aware they stated they would just replace the deck, the problem was that the left trigger was rubbing/grinding against something behind it, it was a brand new deck too

Well that's good then you don't have to wait for a repair process then. They probably repair them and sell as refurbished later down the road. The return part has to be completed first. They won't send you your replacement until they verify your returned one and such
