playing any steam game crashes my computer

whenever i play a game from steam on my pc, it just crashes my computer. i've never had this problem before, is anyone else experiencing it?

games i've experienced this with:
no, i am not a human
anemoiapolis

Signs of hardware aging / dying possibly.
How old is GPU?

Does it crashes into blue screen ? or just shuts down ?
Search dump files / reports of crashes or logs in the Event Viewer. It should clarify you what caused this issue
