You don't need a 'T7" but you need a semi decent modern PC, you have an old PC that was mediocre at best even when it was new.
If you're wanting to play new games at this point; then it's time to upgrade your PC.
and/or upgrade the pc to a more modern cpu and gpu
the game requires a 7th gen i5 or ryzen or later cpu
and a 1060 6g or better gpu
you have a 3rd gen i5 and 1050ti
looks like a dell pc
so new cpu/mobo/ram will need a new case, psu
you may be ale to reuse the hdd/ssd but thats it
save up $1000+usd for a new build

Added new monitor too since your monitor is very ancient as well.
Or bare minimum something like this:

It wont really have upgrade path for CPU for future like the one above but it`s cheap and works well enough for now.
About $1000 if you can build yourself and since you probably can`t then more.
Something like this:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wrG6Jn
i5 3470 = Q2'12
1050ti = Q4'16
if they included the 3g, it should also be ok with the 1050ti wich has 4g
