You're asking a bit much from a 4GB 1050 Ti + i5 3470 playing a modern UE5 title.
You don't need a 'T7" but you need a semi decent modern PC, you have an old PC that was mediocre at best even when it was new.
Your PC is ancient and none of the components meet the minimum requirements of this game.
Assuming you mean Dune Awakening

If you're wanting to play new games at this point; then it's time to upgrade your PC.

your choices are to refund the game since you have less than an hour of play time

and/or upgrade the pc to a more modern cpu and gpu

the game requires a 7th gen i5 or ryzen or later cpu
and a 1060 6g or better gpu

you have a 3rd gen i5 and 1050ti

looks like a dell pc
so new cpu/mobo/ram will need a new case, psu
you may be ale to reuse the hdd/ssd but thats it

save up $1000+usd for a new build
i think its the videocard. its the oldest thing thats poor
Should be looking for something like this if you want to play newer games built with UE5 engine (lets face it pretty much most AAA games these days are using it):

Added new monitor too since your monitor is very ancient as well.

Or bare minimum something like this:

It wont really have upgrade path for CPU for future like the one above but it`s cheap and works well enough for now.

About $1000 if you can build yourself and since you probably can`t then more.
Something like this:

cpu is older
i5 3470 = Q2'12
1050ti = Q4'16
1050ti has computing capabilities similar to AMD Radeon hd 7970 (4 tflops), and that's GPU from 2012. Not trying to shame you for having an old hardware, but it is what it is. The system requirements for the game are pretty straightforward. You need to meet at least minimum specs to run the game. Copy and paste models into pc parts shop website to get the price. Since you upgrade CPU, you need to upgrade motherboard and RAM as well, and you need to upgrade GPU. And most likely you will need to get a new PSU. If your pc is a pre built machine with proprietary case, then you might need a new case to fit atx compatible motherboard. Look at other games you'd want to play, look at their requirements, decide if you want to go for minimum or recommended specs, decide if you want to go future proof and figure out how much money you need to spend.

the games min req is the 1060 6g which is stronger than the 3g variant and with more vram
if they included the 3g, it should also be ok with the 1050ti wich has 4g

hes getting the error most likely because the cpu is lacking instruction sets needed for the game
