Elgato 4k pro mk2 not showinf on pc
Hi all i have a elgato 4k pro mk2 which use to work until i upgraded my cpu and gpu you now it wont show on my pc i get the pass through perfectly fine but just cant seem to get it to work on the pc at all any ideas?

Do you have a way to test it on another pc? Just to be sure it's not the card itself causing problems?

Has it ever worked? If you have an M.2 drive, try changing it to another slot? I'm saying that because it seems to have worked for at least one person on this Reddit thread https://www.reddit.com/r/elgato/comments/16fm7fq/elgato_game_capture_4k60_pro_showing_up_on/

what mobo?

are you using multiple m.2 nvme drives?

many boards disable pci-e slots with more than 1 m.2 nvme drive
or m.2 sata can disable some 2.5in sata ports

read its manual, to see what all is disabled when using m.2 drives
