LibreHardwareMonitor uses Winring0 too mate, they made a move to a to pawnio like yesterday. Better use Hwinfo instead

windows build in AV also blocking this ? its the only AV i use

I was thinking he might have chosen openhardwaremonitor over f.e. hwinfo because of its simplicity (design). That's the reason I added the link to librehardwaremonitor.
My previous posting misses some (con)text.

@OP: Install the nightly build or use another hardware monitoring tool.

Install HWiNFO64 and you'll be much happier, since it gives you temperature, voltage, and usage readouts on practically everything.
