are those temps for rtx 4060 laptop ok?
Temps are 75C, capped on 60 fps, i try to be below 70C or below 80C is also good?

The cpu normally will go higher than the gpu in laptops. If your highest temp is 75c that's pretty good for a laptop honestly.

If you are really worried get a cooling pad to put the laptop underneath... helps cool it. You can find decent ones under 20 on amazon.

I do have cooling pad, yeah i capp all games to 60 fps cuz if i don't my max temp is 86 C then :O So game capped at 60 fps with 75 C gpu is ok?

As peremptor explained, 75 C is actually pretty decent for a laptop, my wife's laptop GPU hits 80 C and she doesn't game but has the same GPU as you. I believe 95 C is the shut down temp if the threshold is set properly from the factory.
Modern Laptops from the past 10 years; anything under 90*C is perfectly fine; fairly normal when Gaming. It's when it goes above 91-95*C that is when it will most likely be a major problem.
